Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis is a world-renowned, authentic Greek anise-flavored spirit produced in the village of Plomari on the island of Lesvos. Created using a secret recipe crafted by Isidoros Arvanitis in 1894, it is 100% double-distilled in traditional small copper alembic stills. Made with high-quality aniseed from Lisvori, star anise, fennel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mastic, it offers exceptional harmony, purity, and balance. Best enjoyed served over ice with cold water, Ouzo of Plomari turns milky white (the "louzo" effect) and pairs perfectly with Greek mezedes, fresh grilled octopus, salted seafood, and olives.
